    Team Principle and General Manager of Napleton Porsche of Westmont

    As GM of Napleton Porsche, Ron is the man responsible for it all! Ron’s racing expertise goes way back. From running the Brumo’s team to organizing lucrative Trans-Am deals, he’s managed to build quite a history for himself. Ron is an accomplished racer in his own right, and still hits the course and runs his vintage 911 RSRs.

  • Jack Baldwin
    Lead Driving Instructor/Coach

    Jack Baldwin is an American racing legend with a successful career that has spanned four decades. Jack has won 5 professional Championships and 30 major pro races that include one Daytona Rolex 24 win and two 12 hours of Sebring wins as well as earning victories on just about every major road course in the U.S. Jack was invited twice to compete in the prestigious International Race of Champions (IROC) and has driven all types of race cars over the decades. 2012 will mark Jack's 23rd running of the Daytona Rolex 24 driving a Porsche GT3 Cup Car. Jack began instructing with Porsche in 1988 and brings years of solid experience and a wealth of knowledge to our Napleton Team.

  • Russ Blahetka
    Race Operations Manager

    Russ has over 20 years of experience in the automotive field. A majority of that time has been spent as a Master technician, however he has also taught for Mercedes-Benz as well. As an automotive enthusiast he's spent a large amount of time at Autobahn Country Club, Blackhawk Farms, Gingerman Raceway, and Road America. Russ has been with the Napleton Group as a Porsche Service Consultant since 2010.

  • Isaac Fritsche
    Team Manager/Crew Chief

    Fritsche is a Weissach-trained Porsche specialist with winning experience in legendary GRAND-AM and ALMS races as well as the 24 Hours of Nurburgring, where he was part of Manthey Racing's overall distance record in 2009 and the Porsche Factory GT3 Hybrid race launch in 2010.

    Lead Race Technician

    A factory-trained Porsche Gold Meister Technician, Gomora's passion for Porsches has fueled his interest in racing as a top technician, driver and instructor for nearly 20 years.

  • Chris Hall

    Originally from London, Chris is known to be a versatile racecar driver stating that he'll "race anything with wheels.” In his 30 year career he has managed to do just that: from open wheel formula cars, to NASCAR, to 800 HP Sprint cars which won him 5 National championships. Chris has been victorious in over 70 feature races, and has earned 100 plus podium finishes. Other professional highlights include finishing 6th in the 1991/1992 Formula Ford World Championship, and dominating the 1991 H.E.A.T. Champion of Brands Hatch Series in which he won 13 of the 20 races. Chris won his last race in the UK in 1992 at the International Trophy Race held at Brands Hatch. Proving his ambition, in 1998 he was awarded NASCAR's "Most Improved Driver of the Year.” Since then he has competed regularly in GrandAm and ALMS events achieving many top five positions including 3rd at the Daytona 24 Hour and 5th at the Sebring 12 Hour. His experience and passion for the sport has been passed onto many students over the years. Chris has been a lead instructor/coach for many programs in the UK and USA including several prominent Porsche programs.

  • Joe Buonsante
    Design and Product Specialist

    Joe is in charge of design and procurement of new products for Napleton Porsche Motorsports. Joe also takes care of the Masters Driving programs.

  • Ben Lacy
    Race Technician

    Ben is a full time Race Technician which includes building cars, maintaining cars, and setting up cars at the race shop. Ben also acts as a Car Chief on race weekends. A hard worker and quick learner, Ben has experience on Porsches including ALMS, IMSA GT3 cup, and Cayman Interseries.

  • Pawel Bulka
    Race Shop Technician

    Paul is our full time fabricator with numerous years of experience in drag racing, SCCA, Carrera Panamericana, and jet powered vehicles. In addition to being an ASE certified technician, Pawel possesses a diverse skill set including welding, machining, and auto-cad drafting. With Pawel’s skill set, we can build and install a custom roll cage for your vehicle, or any other custom needs you may have.
